Jim is one of the founding Shareholders of LGWM. He has over 33 years of experience in civil litigation. He leads LGWM's Medical and Healthcare and General Liability Practice Groups and Co-Chairs the Insurance Fraud and Special Investigative Group.

Jim focuses on litigation involving the defense of healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical and drug companies. Jim's litigation experience also extends to matters involving products liability, trucking and workers compensation fraud claims. Jim has tried dozens of jury trials in various State and Federal Courts.

  • Represented numerous physicians and medical practitioners in regard to medical board complaints.
  • Represented pharmaceutical company in multiple product liability cases arising from use of a product alleged to cause renal failure.
