Hannah Torbert Kennedy

Hannah practices in LGWM’s Securities Litigation Law Practice Groups. Hannah represents professionals, including accountants, registered representatives, and broker dealers in securities arbitrations and in state court in claims involving allegations of sales practice violations, unsuitability, breaches of contract and misrepresentation. She also has significant experience handling matters involving transportation issues and premises liability. Prior to private practice, Hannah worked as a deputy district attorney for both the 15th and 16th Judicial Circuits, gaining invaluable trial experience by prosecuting numerous criminal matters, including felony and capital murder cases.
