Karen practices in LGWM's Medical and Heath Care Practice Group. Karen's practice is concentrated on the defense of physicians, hospitals, clinics, long term, home health, and hospice facilities. She also has experience in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.

Karen worked as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting before attending law school. Her education and work experience as a nurse offer a unique perspective and understanding of Health Care litigation. Given her unique perspective, Karen has served as a speaker and panelist at healthcare in-service education, risk management programs, and legal seminars relating to Health Care litigation.
