Sim's practice focuses on workers' compensation defense of employers, as well as ancillary claims of retaliatory discharge, outrage, co-employee and other tort claims that may arise out of claims for workers' compensation benefits.
Sim also has years of experience defending personal injury claims representing individuals regarding automobile liability as well as national insurance carriers regarding uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. Sim represents defendants in workers' compensation, tort and insurance matters throughout the 67 counties of the State of Alabama.
