John McGivaren practices in LGWM’s Architects & Engineers, Construction, and Environmental Practice Groups. John represents architects, engineers, design builders, general contractors, subcontractors, and corporations in industrial, residential, commercial, and environmental disputes throughout the Southeastern United States. Additionally, John dedicates a portion of his practice to defending medical malpractice, automobile liability, premises liability, and general personal injury claims.
John is a lifelong Alabamian, raised in Birmingham. He graduated magna cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in history and a minor in economics before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
