Mitchell practices in LGWM’s Architect & Engineer, Environmental Law, and General Liability Practice Groups. Mitchell represents architects, engineers and design builders in industrial, commercial, and residential construction disputes throughout the Southeast United States. Mitchell also defends environmental tort claims on behalf of engineers, general contractors, chemical corporations, and other entities involved in manufacturer or distribution of hazardous materials. Additionally, Mitchell devotes a portion of his practice to premises liability and other general liability claims, including commercial trucking and transportation companies.
Mitchell received his Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2022.
