Ben practices in LGWM’s Architects & Engineers, Construction and Environmental Law Practice Groups. Ben represents architects, engineers, and contractors in industrial, residential, and commercial construction disputes as well as other general liability claims.
Ben obtained his undergraduate degree in marketing and professional sales from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then attended Samford University – Cumberland School of Law where he served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the Cumberland Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic.
