Ben practices in LGWM’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense of employers as well as other tort claims that may arise out of claims for workers’ compensation benefits.
Ben obtained his undergraduate degree in marketing and professional sales from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then attended Samford University – Cumberland School of Law where he served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the Cumberland Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic.
