Britt is a Shareholder with LGWM, is head of LGWM’s Architect & Engineers, Construction and Environmental Law Practice Groups and is a member of LGWM’s Executive Committee. Britt defends architects, engineers, design builders, construction managers and surveyors in design defect and construction defect cases and defends manufacturers, distributors, developers and general contractors with regard to environmental matters before the EPA and various state environmental agencies, as well as in both State and Federal Court, throughout the Southeastern United States.
