Rhett represents financial professionals, including accountants, registered representatives, and broker dealers in securities arbitrations and in state court claims involving allegations of sales practice violations, unsuitability, breaches of contract and misrepresentation. Prior to joining LGWM, Rhett practiced law with an insurance defense firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
