OSHA

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is charged with assuring “safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards” through a variety of statues and regulations.  We have represented various industrial clients, contractors and sub-contractors in cases during OSHA investigations into potential violations related to toxic exposure accidents on job sites and other violations.
